Exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on illumeonline.in for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

You can ship an item back to us once we receive your return product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will update you, You can exchange an item purchased from illumeonline.in for a new size or the original size for no extra charge… Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges

You can cancel an order before it has been sent out for delivery. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back to your bank account.

For payments made using a PayUmoney or Net-banking, you will receive a refund in account into your account within 7-15 days

Yes. If you cancel the order before it’s shipped, your total purchase amount will be refunded, in case you have placed an order for sizes made to order we cant cancel it.

Shipping charges Rs 100/-, however, if the customer denies receiving the product thrice either by not responding to delivery executives call and not available on the shipping address the order will be cancelled automatically and customer has to place an order again and pay the shipping charges of INR 100/- again upon the delivery.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

You can view the sizing details for a product by clicking on the Size Chart link which displays the size chart for the product and helps you decide which size fits you best.You can always exchange the product if the size you selected does not fit you properly.

If a product is not available in your size, you can send us a mail at sales@illumeonline.in with your requirements. We will get back to you with the availability details

It depends on the volume of the product. Shipping generally takes 7-15 days from the order date, Also please allow 3-6days for processing . We will provide you a link to track the status of your delivery at the courier service provider’s portal
